Massage Therapy 

Massage Therapy is a practice of using a variety of techniques that positively affect all systems of the body.  The most profound effect is on the muscular system.  It helps in reducing muscle soreness that may result from participation in sports, from overuse in the workplace, and from repetitive stress-strain.  Current research also supports that working specific muscle groups and trigger points can be helpful in treating migraines.

Studies have proven that massage therapy increases circulation, muscle flexibility, and joint mobility. Massage  therapy helps to cleanse the body of excess lactic acid and other toxins. These benefits can significantly reduce muscle soreness and prevent injury. Additional benefits of massage include relief from stress, anxiety, and depression.
